For over 25 years, Bay Imagery has been committed to providing our clients with the highest quality printing at competitive pricing. As technology continues to evolve, printers have become available that can produce more vibrant colors at a higher resolution with increased output speed. Not a company to remain complacent, we are continually evaluating our equipment and upgrading outdated machinery. This means we can give our clients better products with quicker turnaround while maintaining the friendly service that’s become our trademark.

With our most recent investment, we acquired five state-of-the-art, more eco-friendly printers to replace obsolete, RA4-chemistry based technology and ensure our clients saw no downtime in the service they deserve. These new printers include two new aqueous printers for superior photo-imaging, two latex printers for durable, UV-resistant graphics and an Eco-Sol printer for the most accurate, software-controlled vinyl-cutting we’ve ever been able to offer. This allows us to offer graphics with a wider color gamut and lower impact on our environment.

But we’re not done. As we look to the future, this commitment to innovation continues. We don’t strive to do everything, but with everything we do, we strive to be the best.

The versatility and quality of inkjet printing technology has evolved substantially in recent years and we’ve upgraded our equipment to give you the best quality products.

Taking advantage of three different roll to roll inkjet technologies—Latex, EcoSol, and UV Dye—we have the capabilities to serve a wide variety of needs up to a width of 102 inches and lengths exceeding 100 feet. All of our plotters now utilize UV resistant inks to resist fading in sunlight for long lasting products.

Prints can be laminated and mounted to suit your needs. Moreover, for high-performance specialty decal applications, adhesive backed vinyl can be printed using outdoor inks, removed for laminating, then repositioned in our Roland plotter and precision die-cut.

We also offer in-house sewing services for hemming and seaming of banners as well as other custom provisions for hanging and mounting.

Our most recent addition is a high resolution Fuji flatbed printer which can print durable UV-curable inks directly to any flat rigid material up to a size of 48″ x 96″ and up to 2″ thick. This advanced technology offers both time and cost savings while not compromising on print quality.

This technology offers many advantages for special applications. For instance, custom shapes can be cut from rigid materials such as wood, PVC, or acrylic using either our CNC router or laser cutter. Then, multiple copies can be precisely-positioned on the print table in templates to provide perfect print registration. And with our white ink option, we can print on any color material–even black or transparent.
